As I was saying in the "Grammar Question" thread below, there's a technical issue on this forum: you can't post links with diacritics in them because diacritics break links on here (e.g. https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Élections_au_Parlement_d%27Andalousie_de_2018). This can be fixed (see the link here); could someone please look into it?

It seems some code may need to be changed to do this. I'm not familiar with code so possibly the main administrator needs to look into it.
