Perhaps this has a more direct translation?

Ah, it's been a journey trying to get a translation that I love in both languages. I'm just going to ask if I may for following translations so I have different options to pick from. I do understand if you have all tired from assisting me. It's been much more complex than I anticipated and I appreciate all input thus far.

● Thousand loves (no 'of' or 'result')
● Those who journeyed (OR walked) before us.

Thousand loves - Míle gaol (grá)
I used ‘gaol’ rather than 'grá' here because it implies a relationship as well as love.

Those who went before us - Na daoine (Iad sin) a chuaigh romhainn
……. who journeyed/walked ….. - ……….a shiúil……
The one verb can mean either here.
