I am getting a tattoo very soon, and I would love for it to be in Gaelic Irish. The only problem I have is that I know very little (if anything at all) about the language. If anyone would be able to translate;

"and from the chaos of her soul there flowered beauty"

I would be so, so happy! I am not aware of the different dialects(?) or anything, so any translation will be so helpful. Thanks a ton!

You cannot put as anord... next to the verb. It is the subject position.

Agus as anord a hanamasa is ann a bhláthaigh áilleacht.

This keeps the original word order:
and from the chaos of her soul = agus as anord a hanamasa
(it is) there = is ann
(that) flowered beauty = a bhláthaigh áilleacht.

I do wonder, however, if "there" might be the fact that it happened rather than a literal place. In that case, perhaps:

agus is as anord a hanama a bhláthaigh áilleacht.
"and from the chaos of her soul there flowered beauty"
Literally "and it is from the chaos of her soul that beauty flowered"

"is ann" covers both. It can mean literally "there" but here it is just a kind of extra emphasis like "as anord a hanama is ea a ...".
