I found this dictionary listed several different ways with several different covers, but they appear to be the same book. Does anyone know if there are any differences between them? Does anyone know if they have phonetic pronunciation for the Irish words?

No, they are all differnnt dictionaries.
I recommend the first two. They are the best available.
DeBhaldraithe is English to Irish only
and Ó Dónaill is Irish to English only (get the paperback edition, it's cheaper)

The other ones you mentioned are smaller more concise dictionaries better suited to children.

It is recommended that you always wait for three to agree on a translation.
I speak Connemara Irish, and my input will often reflect that.
I will do an mp3 file on request for short translations.

When I'm bigger I'm going to try and get some a few euros together and buy An Foclóir Scoile (don aos óg)

If I remember well, an Foclóir Scoile don aos óg is really for children. There are pictures in it, not much grammatical information... I think it's too basic for you. Foclóir Scoile or Collins Irish would be better for you, in my opinion.
