Hi, i have an ipad 2 and the text doesnt work on the music app, on the phone you can tap the screen and get the 'lyrics' which in this case is the text to what they are saying but not on ipad, yet, theyll probs add that feature in the future - its a pretty silly thing to omit
You're right. It doesn't work on iPad, but I think it's a bug in the iOS 5 because I have the first gen iPad. Apparently iOS 5 broke the lyrics plug-in on iPad and iPad 2. Great job, Apple.
It does work in iTunes on my PC, but I kind of wanted it on a mobile device... So I emailed the Talk Irish people to see if I could get them to email me the lyrics, then I can listen to the mp3s on my Nokia smartphone (or iPad) and just read the text in my email.
I must say, the mp3s are clear and very easy to hear and imitate. Even my 3-year-old was talking Irish yesterday. Well worth the $14 just for the mp3s (even if I don't exactly know what I'm saying).
