Yes, I think we can work with that. Perhaps:

Bí bródúil asat féin mar atá tú agus mar a bheidh tú. "Be proud of yourself as you are and as you will be."

That sounds safe to be. Unfortunately, I am not entirely trustworthy...... so that only counts as half a confirmation!
