TAT: All that is gold does not glitter -Need by 11/21 Please

So for the tattoo I'm getting I was originally only going to get the line "not all those who wander are lost" but seeing as how its not quite long enough for what I want to do with it I want the whole first verse of the poem translated.

"All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost."

So far the translations I've been given are:

Is minic gan dealramh as ór go deo,
ní bhíonn gach fánaí ar strae;
ní rachaidh an sean atá láidir i bhfeo,
ná an sioc síos go doimhneacht na bhfréamh

and

Ní ruithníonn an t-ór i gcónaí,
Ní bhíonn chuile fhánaí ar strae;
Ní thréigeann an sean atá láidir,
Ar fhréamh domhain ní thagann an sioc.

I know this is short notice but I need the translation by Monday November 21st.

Also if you can tell me exactly what your suggestions translate too so I have some idea what I'm working with here I'd appreciate it a lot.

Personally I prefer the second, it has a rhythm more in keeping with the original.

Just noticed:

Isn’t fréamh feminine? I’d say fréamh dhomhain (last line of Breandán’s version).
