Hi I am desiging a tattoo in memorial of my Mother who just passed in June. I want to make sure that I use the correct grammar. I want it to say "Always in my Heart"

Can anyone help me with this?

Sorry for your loss, Melissa. Perhaps, 'I mo chroí go deo' or slightly more poetically, 'I mo chroí go deo na ndeor'. Wait for further input.
