May I suggest that you have a look at the Learning resources/Acmhainní Foghlama section of this forum. You will find there for example the website that accompanies the course book Fuaimeanna and of course there's Forvo, Cork Irish and the online dictionary Foclóir.ie (which is now part of a cluster of dictionaries that you access from Pota Focal) among other sites, all of which have words pronounced by native speakers that you can listen to. YouTube also has quite a lot that would of interest to you. Gobblygooglish and trashlate would best be avoided as has been said above. ;)
