What happened to the article in "the month of January", "the month of April", "the month of September", and "the month of October"?
For example, it's mí na Feabhra and mí an Mhárta
but
mí Eanáir and mí Meán Fhómhair

I'm sorry for asking so many questions, but I'm really trying to learn this right.

Méan Fómhair....not generally lenited unless you say Mí Mheán Fómhair. The months are normally said in English in West Kerry
