How about "cibé is gá" . Cibé can be a pronoun. I think Cibé is mostly an Ulster term -not sure

pé is more common in both Munster and Connacht.

Cibé is gá" might be okay. I don't know for sure. However, I get the feeling it means more "Whoever/whichever is required".
So, unless others strongly prefer "
Cibé is gá", I think
Pé rud is gá is safer and already has three in agreement.
