I haven't seen the programme so knowledge of what a 'watcher' is may be relevant. To start us off, how about, 'Is mise an cúlchoimhéadaithe ar an mballa.'

I don't know the series but from what I can glean from the explanation on Wikipedia, the wall is an external defence like Hadrian's Wall or the Great Wall, which would be múr in Irish.

"Watcher, watchman, sentry" is fairtheoir in modern Irish (though there may be other suitable synonyms) and it was also formerly spelled variously faireoir, fairtheoir, and fairitheoir, in case you wanted to add a historic feel.

Perhaps:

Mise an Fairtheoir ar an Múr
