Does one need special skills to make a smiley or can anyone just create a 'Christmas' smiley or a 'women are superior to men' smiley etc.

You just need a graphics editing program that can handle GIFs.

By the way, I did a google search for "women are superior to men smiley" and this is what turned up.

I speak Connemara Irish, and my input will often reflect that.
I will do an mp3 file on request for short translations.
