That's what I did, just used the regular remote, but no dice. It shouldn't make a difference but what service do you use? Saorview?

Ros na Rún -

I'm watching it now with Irish subtitles.
It's AERTEL page 887 like Saoirse said.
I used the Saorview remote control.
The subtitle button in the SKY remote control didn't work for me (even though I chose Irish in the settings).

It is recommended that you always wait for three to agree on a translation.
I speak Connemara Irish, and my input will often reflect that.
I will do an mp3 file on request for short translations.

I also went to www.tg4.tv and on to the live stream for Ros na Rún, but couldn't see any way to get subtitles in Irish there.

I wish, if nothing else, they'd let you turn off the English subtitles!

They have no excuse not to do that now as everybody has digital.
