For beginners or even more advanced learners, Liam Ó Manlaoi has produced some great materials for conversational Irish in his Learning Irish series, which are available free at this link:
http://www.independent.ie/life/family/learning/learn-irish-with-liam-o-maonlai-26460087.html

The lessons begin with the basics (the first lesson is all about introducing yourself), and later branch out to all sorts of topics which can come up in conversation, and they gradually advance into more complicated expressions. There are mp3's of the lessons which you can download and put on your computer or phone to use in practicing, and also written transcripts so that you can follow along.
