I am searching for the translation of fortitude in this context:

Inner strenght, survival, confidence, this too shall pass, hope, resilience. The feeling you get when you have been in your darkest place, whether mentally or physically and have realised that you are stronger than you thought. That although the ordeal has been tough, you have realised you can handle anything life throws at you. To trust that you will be ok.

I have searched and have found the following: neart, misneach, mianach, mairfidh mé, meanma.
Someone suggested misneach would work best. Do you agree?
Thanks

If you look at the foclóir at this site: https://www.focloir.ie/en/dictionary/ei/strength#strength__23 you can check out the various nuances in Irish for “strength”, especially number 2 (mental strength). As far as I can tell, any of those would do. There’s also a definition for “strength in depth” here: https://www.focloir.ie/en/dictionary/ei/strength+in+depth

Thank you,
based on what I read misneach is indeed correct in the strenght context.
Anyone else agree this is the best translation for fortitude?

Yes, misneach seems appropriate for what you want.

Thank you,
I was doubting it as the translation 'courage' that I found a lot online reminded me more of the sentiment brave, and that is not what I am trying to say. It is more about strenght of mind. So your comments helped a lot to be sure. Thank you.
