Teaghlach 'household'
Muintir 'wider family/ people'
Clann 'children, descendants, progeny'.

You're probably referring to muintir.

Directly translated:

Is í mo mhuintir mo neart

However, I would prefer:

Is í mo mhuintir tobar mo nirt 'my family is the source/ well of my strength'.

That was great information. I am referring to my mother and sibling with "family" so thank you so letting me know about the different variations.

I think I'd stick with "muintir." "Teaghlach" really is "household," and is kind of limiting.

The OP seems to want to restrict the sense to his/ her 'household', i.e. Mother and siblings. Muintir is too broad if that is the case as muintir can, and usually, encompasses a person's entire family and community.
