After that it's not so easy - Mr Chop the Butcher - An tUasal Gríscín an Búistéir, Mrs Chop the Butcher's Wife - An tUasal Bean Ní Ghríscín, Bean an Bhúisteara
"an tUasal" is very fomal which I'd translate rather as "Esquire".
Many Irish names can change to X-ach for "Mr. O'X".
So Mr Chop, b'fhéidir:
An Gríscíneach supposed to refer to some
Seán Ó/Mac GríscínProfessions following the name are used without the article, so:
Seán Ó/Mac Gríscín, búistéirand perhaps:
An Gríscíneach, búistéir.
Mrs Chop:
Bean an Ghríscínigh,
and for "the butcher's wife" I'd add even just "búistéir"
Bean an Ghríscínigh, búistéir
