If there are differences, I'd appreciate it in Ulster dialect (GU).

The context is, I'm celebrating three years of sobriety, so it refers to a personal and spiritual resurrection.

In Irish I think you'd just say 'from the ash":

As an luaith.

Follow up question. Focloir.ie dictionary gave me “éiri ó na mairbh”

They said this phrase specifically referred to a Phoenix rising from the ashes, which what I’m referring to...

Does that make more sense?

This means verbatim "to rise from the dead"
na mairbh (the dead) is plural (dead persons), there's no "ash"

Hmm, luaith and luaithreach are synonyms, I'd think. Both mean ashes in English.

luaith is a singular noun
luaithreach has a further, probably collective suffix -reach

Don't know whether one of them is more specifically referring to human ashes, perhaps luaithreach (próca luaithrigh = cinerary urn)
