The phrasing in Irish is a bit arcane, though. I’m not sure how well using the comparative + -de construction productively works, really …

Yes youre right its an idiomatic version of beauty in English so it doesnt really correspond with áilleacht. Maybe Is é bua an ghrásta go bhfágann sé leatroim sa saol
