Misneach, a chroí
Courage, my dear/heart

I'm editing this to add that, while "croí" does literally mean "heart", in this expression its meaning is very similar to the meaning in the English version of your expression (note that the added "h" in chroí is there for pronunciaiotn.grammatical reasons).
