If you are curious, Alice in Wonderland has been translated multiple times into Irish, so you could check out one of those translations and look if you want to be sure to be consistent with the book.
id is short for i do, it's a dialectal thing.
I just realised that we are probably referring multiple "things" from which you are running, as opposed to just one "thing".
Therefore,
Conas is féidir rith ó na rudaí siúd id/i do cheannis probably better, but again, I'd wait for more qualified input.
