Conchúr would be the most common; though, both are recognisable.

The name Conchobar/Conchúr is unusual in Irish, as the spelling of the word does not reflect how it is actually pronounced in modern Irish. Its pronounced more like Cruthóir, whereas, you'd expect conúr, with the -
ch- báite.
