Hi again,

I’ve put together a list of six thousand Irish sentences covering 350 words at least 20 times each. All the words in the list are among the most common in Irish:

http://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1 ... sp=sharing

I'm looking for help improving the list as outlined here on Daltaí:

http://www.daltai.com/forums/viewthread/818/

I'm hoping some of you you might be interested in helping!

Thanks,

Barry

WOW Barry thanks, that will keep me busy for the year I suspect. The repetition is good for me as a very beginner, well done.

Thought this was worth bumping in case anyone was interested. Looks like a great idea. :pages:

Looks like a great idea all right. I was just wondering about the list you have compiled though. It would seem a wasted effort to stick the few thousand sentences on a flash card system and not be learning various verb forms at the same time. I just had a relatively brief look , maybe I am wrong and didnt conduct my search correctly but I couldnt find any past tense , future tense, or different forms like Bhí mé, Bhí tú, Bhí sé, Bhíomair etc.

Would this not be an important basic feature on any such list?

Barry, would you think of making an app for this for tablets?
