Over at IGTF we ended up with a literal translation:
Dhéanfainn gach íobairt dóibh siúd a bhfuil grá agam dóibh "I’d make any sacrifice for those I love"
I like Mick's use of mo mhuintir.
Perhaps the following hybrid version would work:
Ar son mo mhuintire, dhéanfainn gach íobairt ... "For my loved ones, I would make every sacrifice ..."
