I see that the ubiquitous Hammer American half uncial strikes again - this is the pseudo Oirish font you see on Oirish pub windows, only this time it's in that heart of Irish culture - Comhaltas.
Unless they've changed the spelling, as far as I know beirt and eile don't contain one single fada between them, but as the Hammer font always has fadas on the letter 'i', the title of this DVD has been 'transcribed' with them.

In Montreal, Canada. there are two Irish pubs called Céílí. When I pointed out the error I was told "what would you know"

Yeah...it's a weird font. While the dot on the "i" is somewhat different in shape and length from the fadas, that rightward slant certainly gives the impression that it's a fada.

I have e-mailed the contact address on the Comhaltas website about the heading. Beirt Eile dvd with the bonus fadas. I await with interest to see if that is changed......
